Web services and business projects.
Payments
Card payments use Stripe. Business payments follow the agreed scope and price.
Project scope
Launch prices are starting commercial tiers for bounded work. New features, new integrations, unusual infrastructure or third-party API/model usage may require a revised or separate quote. No package includes unlimited changes or unlimited support.
User content
You must have the right to submit and process any file, media, URL, text, data or other material that you provide to a Skavio service.
Temporary files
Files may be stored temporarily while an operation is being processed or delivered. Temporary processing files are automatically removed according to the applicable service workflow.
Availability
The services depend on payment, hosting and processing providers. Availability is not guaranteed.

Company processing credits
All web tools, Flow and the processing API use one shared credit wallet for subscriptions and Meeting minute packs. Jobs reserve the displayed estimate and consume that fixed quote on success; failed jobs release the full reservation. Paid credits do not expire. Monthly credits are added after a paid invoice and roll over. Credit units represent processing usage.
Review extracted fields, dates, totals and line items before using them in business systems. Supported operations, source limits, retention and retry behavior are described in the API documentation.
