Information we process
- Account and request identifiers.
- Audio, video, voice messages, files or public links that you submit for transcription or translation.
- The transcription or translation content produced for your request.
- Job information such as media duration, selected action, target language, processing status and timestamps.
- Payment records for billing, support and refunds.
- Business enquiry, project, invoice and payment metadata needed to prepare and operate an agreed service.
How we use information
We process this information only to provide the requested service, prepare or operate agreed project work, calculate prices, deliver results, handle payments or refunds, provide support, prevent misuse and maintain service reliability.
Service providers
Stripe may be used for business card payments. Banks and payment-account providers are used for bank transfers. OpenAI services may be used for supported AI, transcription or translation workflows. Submitted public links may be accessed to retrieve the media you asked us to process.
Retention
Temporary media files and generated output files are intended to be deleted after processing and delivery. Limited operational and payment metadata may be retained for service reliability, support, fraud prevention, accounting and refund handling.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the requested service, or when required by law.
Your choices
Do not submit content that you do not have permission to process. You may contact us to ask questions about privacy or request deletion of information that we are able and required to delete.
Security
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards designed to protect service data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Flow and company API processing
Flow reads embedded document text locally and uses OCR for scans. Structured extraction sends the document text to the configured OpenAI model. Transcribe and Meeting use their existing configured transcription and analysis providers. Company jobs and result downloads require company authentication.
Platform source files and results normally expire after 7 days. Unused sources and completed results can be deleted earlier in the dashboard/API. Accounting, security records and backups are retained separately; deleting a result is not an immediate purge of every backup or upstream provider copy.
